We build evenings for the people in your room.

A leadership offsite that doesn't feel like training. A wine club that keeps getting better. A birthday where nobody looks at their phone. A client dinner that gives people something real to talk about. Whatever the occasion, Marco pours, Jeanette tells the stories, and the evening is shaped entirely around your group.

Every table tells a different story

  • Corporate teams and leadership groups

Team offsites, client appreciation, executive retreats, board dinners. We've hosted private evenings for leadership teams like Vestas — ten people, five wines, and a conversation about leadership drawn from winemakers who chose craft over scale. No slides. No agenda. Just honest questions and the kind of room where people actually talk.

    Wine clubs

A recurring evening your members look forward to. Each session is built around new wines, new stories, and a theme chosen for that specific group. We work with wine clubs across Denmark - designing programmes that go deeper than a standard tasting and give your members something worth coming back for.

    Corporate wine clubs

Some companies want more than a one-off event. A quarterly or monthly evening where the team slows down together - same table, same ritual, different wines and stories each time. Some use it as leadership development. Some as client hospitality. Some simply as the one evening per quarter where the group gets to be human together.

    Birthdays, celebrations, and private dinners

An anniversary, a milestone, a dinner party where you want the wine to be more than background. We bring the full experience to your home, your venue, or our space at Frederiksberg Rådhuskælder. You don't need to know anything about wine. You just need a table and the right people around it.

The Conversation Starter

Three wines. One hour. Light, engaging, and easy to fit into a lunch or an after-work evening. Marco pours, Jeanette sets the scene, and the wines do the rest.

Best for: team lunches, networking, wine club sessions, casual gatherings Group size: 8–30 | Duration: 1 hour

Rolling hills of vineyards with lush green grapevines, a winding dirt road, and farm buildings on a sunny day.

The Full Table

Five wines paired with Italian tapas, built around a single theme - a region, a winemaker's life, or a question worth sitting with. This is the format where the stories go deeper and the conversation opens up.

Best for: client dinners, celebrations, milestone events, private groups Group size: 8–50 | Duration: 2 hours

Wine & Leadership

Five wines, each paired with a leadership theme drawn from real winemakers - the ones who skipped a vintage rather than sell something they didn't believe in, the ones who inherited responsibility at fourteen, the ones who chose craft over scale.

Best for: executive retreats, leadership offsites, board dinners Group size: 8–20 | Duration: half day

Planning a wedding or a large celebration?

If you need the right wines for a bigger event, we can help with that too. Marco will work with you or your caterer to select wines that complement your menu, your setting, and your guests. A personally chosen selection with detailed pairing notes - sourced from producers you won't find in any shop.

Every evening we design starts with the same question: who's in the room?

Not how many. Not the budget. Not the format. The people.

Because the right evening for a leadership team of ten looks nothing like the right evening for a wine club of thirty or a birthday dinner for twelve.

Tell us who's coming. We'll build something worth remembering.
