To comply with Danish law, all Danish webshops selling alcohol online must, as of 1 October 2024, ensure that their customers are over 18 years of age. Therefore, Porcalorca uses MitID for age verification on our webshop. This provides the highest level of security and reliability for verifying our customers’ eligibility to purchase alcohol.

Your user profile is personal, and once your age has been verified, this information is securely stored in your profile. This means that if you have registered as a user on our webshop, you will not need to verify your age with each purchase. Simply log in next time to complete your order with ease.

By registering on our site and verifying your age, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if the age verification process is not satisfactorily completed.

Due to the boutique nature of our partnerships, our wines are available in limited quantities, often in small orders or batches, ensuring that each bottle embodies the passion and craftsmanship of its maker.

We strive to keep our webshop up-to-date with current availability; however, given the exclusive nature of our wines, some products may sell out quickly or be subject to seasonal availability. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate this on our webshop and, where possible, suggest similar wines to enhance your experience.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All payments on the Porcalorca webshop are securely processed through Stripe, Paypal and Apple Pay, ensuring a safe and seamless checkout experience. We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, for your convenience.

Immediate Payment:
When you place an order on our webshop, payment is processed immediately. This allows us to confirm your order and begin preparing it for shipment without delay. All prices displayed are in Danish Krone (DKK) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

At Porcalorca, we offer a variety of delivery options within Denmark, with flexible pricing and scheduling based on your order value.

Shipping Options and Costs (DK):

  • Standard Delivery : 95 DKK - Transit time is 1-2 business days with deliveries occurring between 8 and 16.

  • Orders placed by 09:00 are eligible for next-business-day delivery.

  • The Standard Delivery will be applied by default at check out, if you wish a different option please send us an email at: info@porcalorca.com.

    Additional Delivery Options and Fees:

  • Delivery within a 4-hour interval (per shipment): 575,00 DKK + VAT.

  • Delivery between 08:00 - 14:00 (per shipment): 200,00 DKK + VAT.

  • Delivery between 11:00 - 17:00 (per shipment): 200,00 DKK + VAT.

  • Delivery between 15:00 - 21:00 (per shipment): 200,00 DKK + VAT.

  • Delivery between 17:00 - 21:00 (per shipment): 250,00 DKK + VAT.

  • Saturday Delivery (per shipment): 35,00 DKK + VAT.


Order Tracking:
Once an order is placed, you can monitor its status to see whether it’s being prepared, ready for dispatch, or has been delivered.

7. Discounts

  • If the order value exceed 1350 DKK, we offer free standard delivery (at check out will be applied a 95 DKK discount).

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

At Porcalorca, we are committed to ensuring you have an excellent experience with our wines. However, if any issues arise, please review the following policies for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we typically only accept returns if the wine is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Should you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@porcalorca.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Standard Procedure for Shipping Wine:
All wine orders are carefully packaged to protect the bottles during transit. We use industry-standard wine packaging designed to prevent breakage and maintain product quality. If a bottle arrives broken or shows signs of leakage, please document the condition with photos and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@porcalorca.com.

If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation may not be possible, and our return policies will apply.

Refunds:
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs for returned items may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
