Rooted in centuries-old tradition; a collective project born from the friendship of the winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi; a red wine of exceptional quality that embodies the essence of this territory. It originates from Rebo, an indigenous variety that combines the best qualities of its parents, Merlot and Teroldego. A precious gem we are proud of.
Grape variety
100% Rebo.
Vineyards of origin
Hilly vineyards of Colle San Siro, nestled in the paradise of the Valle dei Laghi, between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda.
Soil: The steady winds between the Alps and Lake Garda, combined with the calcareous soil, provide the perfect setting for the Rebo grape variety, an indigenous vine that combines the best qualities of its parents, Merlot and Teroldego, to fully express its organoleptic profile.
Training system: Guyot-trained espalier.
Season in the field: The excellent climatic conditions ensured optimal phenological ripening, preserving aromatic precursors in the best possible way. This balance is beautifully reflected in the harmony between acidity and alcohol. The grapes, hand-harvested in crates, were picked at the end of September and the beginning of October and left to dry until late November on the “arele,” the traditional racks also used for producing the renowned Vino Santo Trentino DOC.
Average yield: 50 q/ha.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in small stainless-steel vats, lasting approximately 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is also entirely carried out in stainless steel.
Aging: 36 months in French oak barriques, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic aspects
Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense, complex, and refined aroma, featuring notes of ripe red fruits, jam, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, with an exceptionally long finish.
Pairings
Red meats and game, but not just slow-cooked dishes: thanks to its structure and fruit freshness, it is the ideal wine for grilled meats and gourmet barbecues.

Alcohol content: 15,5% Vol.
Serving Temperature: 16 - 18 °C.
